Terms of service

What this service is

GLOBARIS is a property portal. We publish listings supplied by partner agencies and connect you with independent local professionals — a buying agent, a lawyer and a financial advisor — in the markets we cover.

We are not the seller, and we are not a party to any transaction you go on to make. We do not act as your estate agent, your lawyer or your financial advisor, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

Listings and their accuracy

Listing content — descriptions, prices, measurements, photographs and availability — comes from the partner who published it. We take reasonable care with what we present, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate, complete or current.

Prices shown in a currency other than the listing's own are converted for convenience at an indicative rate. They are an approximation, never an offer.

Always verify anything that matters to your decision — measurements, legal title, permissions, charges and taxes — with the seller and with your own professional advisors before you commit to anything.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@globaris.example if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to mislead other users, or that puts the service or its users at risk.

If you list properties with us

Partner accounts are approved individually. If you publish listings, you confirm that you are entitled to market each property, that its details are accurate, and that you hold the rights to every photograph you upload.

You must keep listings current — withdraw or update anything that is sold, reserved or no longer available.

We may unpublish any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or that we have reason to believe you are not entitled to market.

Acceptable use

When using this site you must not:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy listings, photographs or professional profiles.
• Use the enquiry, messaging or contact forms to send unsolicited marketing.
• Attempt to reach any account, data or part of the system that is not yours.
• Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, or with anyone else's use of it.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photographs, listing text and messages you upload. You give us the permission we need to host, display and distribute that content on the site so the service can function — and you withdraw it by deleting the content or your account.

The site itself — its design, code, text and the GLOBARIS name — belongs to us, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Availability

We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and faults happen, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision you make on the basis of listing content supplied by a partner, for the acts or omissions of any partner, agent, lawyer or advisor introduced through the site, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not take away the mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Where those rights conflict with anything written here, your statutory rights win.

Reporting a problem with a listing

If you believe a listing is fraudulent, unlawful or infringes your rights, tell us at hello@globaris.example with the listing reference and what is wrong. We review reports and remove content where the report is well-founded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Czech law, which is where the service is operated from. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page tells you which version is current; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
